1. Cancellation

  • More than 24 hours’ notice – No fee.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50 % of the scheduled session fee is charged.

The timestamp of your message determines whether the 24-hour window is met.


2. Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment – Free reschedule.
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment – Considered a late cancellation; a 50 % fee applies.
  • Same-day reschedule requests are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.


4. Late Arrivals

Arriving late shortens your session; the appointment will still end at the scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. Full session fees apply.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Serious illness, family emergency, or hazardous weather may qualify for a one-time waiver of the late-cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible with supporting details.


6. Results Disclaimer

Hypnotherapy outcomes vary by individual; therefore, results cannot be guaranteed.


7. Acknowledgement

Scheduling a session signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
